Initial Comments:
An offsite follow up survey completed September 7, 2022, found that Purpose of Life Home Health had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a State re-licensure survey completed July 13, 2022.
